Have a tip?

If you've spotted a license-plate reader camera CCAP hasn't documented, know about a records request that's been ignored or denied, or have information about local government surveillance, this is the most useful thing you can send us. Include:

• The location, as specific as possible (nearest intersection or mile marker)
• How you know: a photo, a public meeting, a records response, or something else
• Whether you're okay being credited, or would rather stay anonymous

Corrections

CCAP publishes findings only when they're backed by a public record, but mistakes happen. If something on this site is wrong, choose “A correction” above, tell us what's wrong and why, and we'll look into it.

Press

Journalists working on ALPR cameras, surveillance, or local government accountability in the Greater Chattanooga Area are welcome to reach out for background, source records, or comment. Choose “A press inquiry” above, or see Press & Media for a backgrounder first.
